I Was Featured! and Winter Cleaning???

I was FEATURED!!!  So exciting!

Mandy, over at Project Queen was so sweet to feature my antique hand painted drop leaf table that I had shared in her link Party last week!

Thank you Mandy!  I am honored!
If you missed that post, you can view it here!
I also wanted to share just a few updated pictures.  Not a lot of new projects completed this week.  I had a computer virus (even though I had anti-virus protection on my computer) that completely crashed my laptop on Wednesday.  You don’t realize how much you do on a computer these days until you don’t have one.  I was at work (my real job) when this happened.  I had to take my laptop to get it fixed because I could access NOTHING. Then Istopped by home to figure out what I was going to do with my day.  I couldn’t work and I had no child for the day! Now what?  I can’t tell you the last time I had a day completely to my self. So I had been wanting to completely reshuffle, dust and just give the booth a fresh new look!  This was just the day to do this!  So off I went.  However, not thinking that I would want to share this, I forgot the camera.  So I used my cell phone.  The pictures are not the best, but that’s all I had.  You will get the idea!
This was a project that I actually completed last weekend, but thought it was worth sharing.  It’s an old oak chair that my dad and step-mom picked up at an auction last summer and gave to me.  It’s been sitting in my garage waiting for me to do something with it!  It was rather rustic, so I felt I needed to stick with that look.  I painted it in Tavern Green (LOVE THIS COLOR) Old Fashioned Milk Paint.  I will warn you…brace your self, it’s green…this is not for those that are shy with color!
I loved the color SO MUCH, I decided to paint a little table I had in the same color!
That’s it!
Thank you again to Mandy over at Project Queen.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Ciao for now! Kellie
